精選金線蓮、白蓮子、玉竹、燈芯草、茯苓粒、生薏米、蜜棗及圓肉配搭而成， 湯色清潤，味道甘香，適合日常滋養及濕氣較重時飲用。

功效 🌿

  • 清潤祛濕，幫助調理濕重不適。
  • 健脾養胃，適合經常疲倦、胃口欠佳人士。

煮法 👩‍🍳

  • 將材料簡單沖洗乾淨。
