急凍大連遼參源自中國大連海域，被譽為「海中人參」，品質極佳，肉刺密集，帶淡淡海水鮮味，肉質白厚、爽滑彈牙，發頭可達10倍。

富含水溶性蛋白質、18種氨基酸（包括高含量精氨酸）、維生素A、鈣、磷、鐵、碘等，低脂肪、低膽固醇，有助增強免疫力、促進細胞再生、調理身體、提升精力，適合男士進補及養生。

食法及建議煮法

急凍大連遼參解凍簡單，先移至雪櫃保鮮層3-5小時低溫解凍，清洗後即可烹調。避免高溫沸騰，以中低火燴煮或煲湯為佳，保留鮮嫩口感。

  • 燴鮑魚海參：解凍清洗遼參，用紅燒鮑魚汁微滾燴煮10分鐘，加入鮑魚拌勻，上碟淋汁即可。
